I began passing blood in my urine. That’ll scare the daylights outta ya.

Went in for a biopsy, stayed for the removal, never looked back. God is good!

Now every 6 months I get scoped. After the last Doc says every 12 for a scope every 6 for a pee test. Boy am I gonna miss getting scoped. The thing looks like a straw and feels like a sewer line.

So today is day 8 of a 40 day juice fast my daughter and I are undertaking. It is amazing how vibrant and alive I am after just a week. All that heavy bloatedness is gone and I am more alert and ready to go.

I am coming to realize that fasting is so important to overall health. Up until recent science decided health came from pills and radiation, fasting was an integral part of a doctors arsenal against disease. Luckily I have an old school doctor who is very supportive of my regime.

I will post the numbers at the end, but just before starting this I had a full blood work up. Cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pres. The full package. After the 40 days I am going to repeat the process and see how I was effected.

So I have decided that I am going to take every opportunity to bring my body back into the health it was designed for. For the 2 years since my bout with cancer I have had a depressed “oh well” attitude that is so self defeating.

Take care of yourselves. Do for you, whatever is best physically spiritually and mentally.

If I get anymore introsprective I will remove myself to a mountain top, burn lots of incense and you will be ablt to refer to me a swami mac…lol

Peace of Jesus to all
Mac

Can’t wait to hear about the results. I keep meaning to do a juice fast.

Hi Mac, I am not familiar with the juice fast but I will be waiting to hear your results. God Bless, Joyce
