I began passing blood in my urine. That’ll scare the daylights outta ya.

Went in for a biopsy, stayed for the removal, never looked back. God is good!

Now every 6 months I get scoped. After the last Doc says every 12 for a scope every 6 for a pee test. Boy am I gonna miss getting scoped. The thing looks like a straw and feels like a sewer line.

My great attitude and fighting spirit of Friday have faded into mist Monday.

I am tired and worn out and really all I want to do is curl up somewhere safe and sleep.

My wife is really struggling with her father’s passing and so most nights are sleepless as I try to hold her and help her through.

I am just logging days, not getting anywhere and not getting stronger. Just surviving.

Sorry to be such a downer, but those of you surviving know that there are days when you just want a safe place to be warm and pain free and cry…this is one of those days.

Love to all of you fighting this fight.

Mac – are you still on your juicing fast? If so, do you feel any different?

The juice fast continues! Today is day 14, only 26 to go. Easter will be the halfway point.

Everything is going great, I am feeling fine, although two jobs and everything else does make it a bit more challenging. I still really enjoy fasting, it is very cleansing and refreshing. The physical hunger is gone in about 3 days and then it is just the feelings of boredom at meal time. Those are great times for a walk or reading the Word

As soon as I finish I will go get all my blood work done again and post beginning and ending numbers. I am hoping for a drastic reduction in blood pres., as well as cholesterol, blood sugar levels. All of mine were borderline before so we will see.

Other than that, all is well. I have heard some very strong testimony about fasting and cancer. Starving the cancer cells seems to kill them off in many forms of the disease.

I will keep you posted, thanks for asking
Mac

Some times we think the world is coming down around us.
I feel that way some times. I have a good support group family, friends. That hold me close to them.
Even when they are not by my side.

So when you need that hand! Hug! Reach out I will be there!

Hello, I have posted this once before and thought it was time to post it again.

Just wanted to jump in a tell you what a beautiful day it
is. The sun is bright and makes the ocean a deep blue.
There are Seaguls picking up the bread that people have tossed to them. Some catch them in mid air. There is a nice cool breeze blowing to keep it cool. The waves are not to big ,but the Surfer’s still enjoy riding the waves. Kids run in and out of the water, splashing just being kids.
Mom and Dad watching and thinking, they grow up to fast.

As I watch what is going around me, I think there is still life and love here in the world.

I send this to all of you, to celebrate life, Because it to is short.

Say Hi to all you see, smile at those that do not respond.

Love Sherri

Hang in there Mac, like you told me it is ok to cry and feel down. You will get your spirit back remember sometime you just need a day off from it all. I will be curious to hear how your juicing fast worked.

Prayers are with you
